Clearing Night Force Fundraiser: Learn to Paint, Have Some Fun, Fight Crime

Tickets are now on sale for a "painting party" fundraiser to

benefit the work of the Clearing Night Force, a neighborhood watch group serving the central and west portion of the Clearing neighborhood (everything west of Central Avenue).

The "learn how to paint" session will be led by an artist from

PaintNite and will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18 at Vince's Restaurant and Pizzeria, 6217 W. 63rd St.

Cost is $45 person, which includes all art materials needed. Appetizers and drinks will be available for purchase. Seating is limited, and participants are encouraged to sign up now.

Proceeds from the event will help fund the Clearing Night Force's crime prevention activities, including website maintenance and printing costs.
